The Refine Intensive encourages a shift by offering new ways to approach sequencing, clarity around our language and personalised compassionate mentoring throughout the day. A deep dive into our unique purpose as a yoga teacher.

What the day looks like:

9.30am: I will lead you through a mindful creative flow before the practical workshops begin.

1pm: A nourishing lunch will be provided.

2pm: Student teachings and feedback discussions. A powerful way to practice the inspiration that arises.
