VINYASA
Our vinyāsa class is a dynamic practice synchronising breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and essentially to quiet the mind. Some previous experience in yoga is recommended. Intensity levels vary between each unique teacher.

SLOW FLOW
Don’t be fooled…deep muscle tone comes from long holds! Expect a slower practice with more time to adjust, refine, and unwind. Perfect for anyone wanting a more chilled flow. Beginners welcome.

YIN
In Yin, we explore long-held asanas (shapes), mostly seated, to sooth the nervous system and unwind the body. Our classes incorporate elements of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), breath work and meditation.

YIN/RESTORE
Expect a combination of gentle asana, yin yoga and restorative poses. This class is open to all levels.

IYENGAR
Renown for its use of props and emphasis placed on technical alignment, in our Iyengar class we hold our poses for longer periods of time. Well suited to all levels. Intensity levels vary between each unique teacher.

PILATES
The perfect compliment to yoga, our mat pilates class incorporates a series of controlled body weight exercises that focus on strength, coordination and balance. Suitable for all levels.
