Expect an inward focussed, deeply grounding, nurturing, breath orientated practice with mobility exploration.

How have you seen yoga change students?

I see it time and again, during Savasana or at the end of class. That special secret thing that differentiates yoga from being simply a movement practice (in my belief) I don’t know what it is, I think it’s different for everyone, from discipline to self compassion to community. It’s deeply moving to witness and I feel privileged to play my small part.
