Our vinyasa class is a dynamic practice linking breath with movement to build strength, flexibility and essentially to quiet the mind. Some previous experience in yoga is recommended.
Expect a gentle, juicy flow to stretch out all the creases. Perfect if you are recovering from an injury or ailment, new to yoga or just fancy a chilled out flow.
Our yin class incorporates elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine as we hold our poses for an extended period of time to stretch the connective tissue around our joints.
Expect a combination of gentle asana, yin yoga and restorative poses. This class is open to all levels and is perfect for anyone recovering from injury, pregnant, or simply fancy a mellow flow.
Renown for its use of props and emphasis placed on technical alignment, in our Iyengar class we hold our poses for longer periods of time. Well suited to all levels.
A pregnancy yoga class is specifically designed for our mamas to be, with gentle strengthening, stretching, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation, to help foster a connection with body, breath and a growing baby.
